The Eredita Morphs / Deformers, available on their Second Life Marketplace Shop, are incredibly well done.
This video illustrates the use of the Breast & Chest, Belly, and Hips Morphs. It begins with my LaraX body wearing all of these morphs. I detach them and reattach them to give you an idea of the dramatic improvement in appearance they provide. At one point in the video I only detach/reattach the stomach morph. I use these morphs in all my outfits. The modifications to your body by the Eredita morphs cannot be accomplished using the Shape editor sliders. They work with body physics and most mesh bodies.
I would suggest using the lower end of the values in the multitude of options available in these morphs. In this video I am wearing the Breast morph with Height -2 / Depth +2, the Chest morph with Depth -1, the Stomach morph with Height +1, Depth -2, and the Hips morph with Height 0, Depth -1.
If you decide to try these there are demo versions available at no cost. I would suggest starting with the Breast / Chest morph as that is the one that made the most significant improvement in my appearance.
